Join Laura from Wild Garden Wellness and Chelsea from Studio di Alchimia for a collaborative sound bath with two different sets of Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. Both Laura and Chelsea are students of Jeralyn Glass and each have a unique set of Crystal Tones bowls, Laura with a chakra set and Chelsea with an endocrine set. Laura and Chelsea will harmonize their bowls to target your energy centers, remove blockages, and bring your mind and body into a calm, relaxed state.

Wild Garden Wellness and Studio di Alchimia invite you to a full-body meditative experience through Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls. Relax into a soothing crystal grid set around the room and breathe in serenity with essential oils. During the sound bath, allow the soothing vibrations and harmonious tones to wash over and guide you into a state of tranquility and balance. The vibrations from the bowls stimulate the body's natural healing processes, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual balance. Your body temperature will drop during the sound bath; please dress in layers. You are welcome to bring a blanket for additional comfort. Yoga mats and eye pillows will be provided.
